I've spent about a decade on the business side of marketing, in industries where every missed call is lost money. I managed vendors, audited what the spend was bringing in, and turned messy data into clear decisions for owners. Plumber, dentist, or attorney, the engine is the same: leads, fast follow-up, tracking, and a plan that connects them.

More recently, a lot of my work has moved into AI and automation. I designed and built a custom AI-powered platform from the ground up that pulls client management, reporting, and project management into one place, the kind of internal system that cuts busywork, surfaces opportunities that would otherwise get missed, and lets a small team operate like a much bigger one. I'm less interested in AI as a buzzword and more in what it actually does: giving people back their time and making good decisions faster.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, I've spent years helping brands connect with Hispanic and Latino communities in a way that's genuine rather than translated.

I was recently named to the Marquis Who's Who 2026 list, which was a meaningful nod to the work, though what I care about most is still the same: doing what actually moves the needle, and building the systems that let it happen again and again.
